The Vegetable Gardens comprise 36 16′x4′ raised beds.
Our produce is grown from Heirloom variety seeds, and we use absolutely no herbicides or pesticides – not even the ‘organic’ ones.
While we have not persued “Certified Organic” status, all food grown is initially intended for our own consumption, so highest quality is guaranteed.
Surplus produce will be available for purchase in-season, with limited greens and storage varieties available year-round.
